Feel Better, One Step at a Time
Collaborative, professional psychiatric support that fits your life.
Why We Care
At Little Meadow Psychiatry, we believe mental health treatment should feel safe, collaborative, and informed. Life can sometimes be overwhelming, isolating, or exhausting—and we value your strength in reaching out for assistance. Our goal is to create a calm, compassionate space where individuals feel heard without judgment and cared for as whole people, not just symptoms or diagnoses.
We are passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care that honors each person’s unique journey, strengths, and goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or a new diagnosis, we are here to help.
Who We Treat
At Little Meadow Psychiatry, we provide psychiatric care across the lifespan, supporting children (5 y.o +), adolescents, and adults. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), we understand that mental health needs evolve over time and are often shaped by life experiences, relationships, health changes, and transitions.
We work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, burnout, sleep difficulties, and challenges related to major life transitions. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized—combining evidence-based treatment with thoughtful listening and whole-person care.
We are currently accepting the following insurances: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shied, United, Cigna, and Aetna.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or a loved one, our goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered in your mental health journey.
